The story of Cross Bros began on the 14th March 1955, when Cross Bros. (Long Sutton) Limited acquired the existing furniture business of Chas. E. May & Sons, situated at 30 West End, Holbeach.

It has always been the Company's aim to supply quality furniture from leading manufacturers at realistic prices, with a friendly and personal service, and the company has earned a good reputation for reliability and top quality.

As the business continued to grow it was realised that more space was needed to display the growing range of furniture and soft furnishing accessories.

In 1995 the existing showroom was extended to accommodate our ever expanding business. The current premises in Holbeach now have 7,000 square feet of showroom space on two floors and 2,000 square feet of storage.

The store is now managed by Tim Beresford and Kevin Newell who between them have over 60 years experience in the furnishing trade. The company is now one of the leading suppliers of furniture, soft furnishings, made-to-measure curtains and carpets in the area.
